Every order moves through a set of statuses as it progresses from assignment to payment. Here's what each one means.
Shipment Statuses
Pending — IMC has assigned the order to you. You haven't accepted or declined it yet.
Accepted — You've accepted the order. It's ready for driver assignment and shipment info.
In Progress — A driver is assigned and the shipment is underway.
Completed — The shipment has been delivered.
Invoiced — You've submitted an invoice for this shipment.
Declined — You declined the order. It does not move through the remaining statuses.
Important
Shipment Status and Invoice Status are different. Once you submit an invoice, a separate Invoice Status tracks it through payment. See Understanding Invoice Statuses.
A declined order stays at Declined. It doesn't move on to Accepted, In Progress, Completed, or Invoiced.
